Eligible refunds
You qualify for a full refund or store credit if:
- The product fails to deliver within 24 hours.
- The product becomes detected within 24 hours of your purchase and no patch is shipped within that window.
- The license you received does not match the product you ordered.
Non-eligible
- Account bans from misuse, sharing or careless behavior.
- Subscriptions already activated for more than 24 hours.
- Detections occurring outside the 24-hour grace window.
How to request
Open a ticket from your dashboard with your order ID. Decisions are issued within 48 hours.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support permanently blacklists your account and may be reported as fraud.
